Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the VIA ERP platform published by Innoway Solutions, a Tunisian company.

2. Registration & Account

Registration is open to any adult individual or legal entity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Services Provided

VIA ERP provides a SaaS business management platform including: CRM, invoicing, project management, inventory, automation, and reports. Available features depend on the subscribed plan.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in Tunisian Dinar (TND) excluding taxes. Payment is made monthly or annually according to the chosen plan. Subscription payment is currently handled by bank transfer; Flouci and Konnect will be available soon.

5. Free Trial

The free trial lasts 14 days with access for 3 users and 100 contacts. No credit card is required. After the trial, you may choose a paid plan or your account will be deactivated. One free trial is available per business or organization; we may use technical means to detect and prevent multiple trials being created for the same entity.

6. Cancellation

Monthly plans have no commitment. You may cancel at any time from your admin dashboard. Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation or after your free trial expires, before permanent deletion. You will be notified by email before this permanent deletion — see our privacy policy for full retention details.

7. Intellectual Property

VIA ERP, its source code, design, and documentation are the exclusive property of Innoway Solutions. Your data remains your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

Innoway Solutions uses commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service accessible, excluding planned maintenance and causes outside its control. These terms carry no numerical availability commitment. A service-level commitment may be agreed under a separate contract. In the event of a malfunction, our liability is limited to the monthly subscription amount.

9. Third-Party Integrations

VIA ERP offers optional integrations with third-party services, including Microsoft (Outlook / Microsoft 365) and Google (Gmail), for sending emails. By enabling an integration, you authorize VIA ERP to access the relevant service according to the permissions you grant, and you also agree to the third-party provider's terms of use. VIA ERP uses this access only for the features you initiate, and you may revoke it at any time. See our privacy policy for details on how data is processed.

Meta integrations (Facebook Lead Ads, WhatsApp Business). At your request, VIA ERP can connect to your Facebook Pages, lead forms and WhatsApp Business numbers through Innoway Solutions' Meta app "VIA ERP Connect". By connecting these accounts, you confirm that you are authorized to do so on behalf of your business, and you agree, in addition to these terms, to Meta's Terms of Service, the Lead Ads Terms and, for WhatsApp, the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and the WhatsApp Business Policy. You remain the controller of the data of your leads and of the people who message you: you must have a legal basis (including consent where required) to contact them, honor their opt-out and deletion requests, and not use these integrations to send unsolicited messages. Innoway Solutions processes this data as a processor, solely to provide the features you enable. Meta features may be limited, changed or discontinued by Meta independently of us. You can disconnect these integrations at any time; the data deletion procedure is described on our Data Deletion Instructions page.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Tunis.
