1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the VIA ERP platform published by Innoway Solutions, a Tunisian company.

2. Registration & Account

Registration is open to any adult individual or legal entity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Services Provided

VIA ERP provides a SaaS business management platform including: CRM, invoicing, project management, inventory, automation, and reports. Available features depend on the subscribed plan.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in Tunisian Dinar (TND) excluding taxes. Payment is made monthly or annually according to the chosen plan. Accepted payment methods: bank card, wire transfer, and Flouci.

5. Free Trial

The free trial lasts 14 days with access for 3 users and 100 contacts. No credit card is required. After the trial, you may choose a paid plan or your account will be deactivated.

6. Cancellation

Monthly plans have no commitment. You may cancel at any time from your admin dashboard. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.

7. Intellectual Property

VIA ERP, its source code, design, and documentation are the exclusive property of Innoway Solutions. Your data remains your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

Innoway Solutions commits to maintaining 99.5% uptime (excluding planned maintenance). In the event of a malfunction, our liability is limited to the monthly subscription amount.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Tunis.
